Rehearsals for Fred Theatre’s upcoming production of Macbeth are now in full swing.

The cast met for the first time last week in Birmingham where they are getting to grips with the text, characters, and themes in the play. Under the direction of Fred’s artistic director, Robert Ball, the company is working on a contemporary production full of ideas that will give audiences plenty to think about.

Macbeth has public performances in London, Stratford upon Avon, and Warwick. It is also touring to schools across the country throughout February. For more information, please visit the What’s On page of this web site.
